The fall 2011 RTW collection was the ultimate mix between RTW and couture. It is pure elegance and simplicity with intricate laced patterns. After the departure of Mr. Valentino himself in 2008, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli, who had previously designed accessories for the label, were then named creative directors. And they managed to transcend his unique style and beauty into what Valentino still is today.
