Born in the Netherlands, Iris van Herpen attended the Fashion Insitute in Arnhem (ARTEZ). This Dutch young designer did an internship at Alexander McQueen, and this experience clearly examples her outstanding performance for craftsmanship and intelligent use of materials and innovative designs. Van Herpen started her own label in 2007. With her unique designs she creates a world of art, beauty, movement and exceptional structures. Her fashion discipline interprets abstract and sculptural creations showcased in many exhibitions all around the world.

Couture is the most exclusive piece of art in fashion and even today in modern society it's the best of the best of the best when it comes to fashion. They are a great inspirational source for fashion and I love it.

Bringing back the couture from the 50's at the house of Dior, Galliano once again knows his craft as the best in the business. Sexy bustiers and laced girdles set the tone for his collection. With lots of bright colours, bar peplum jackets and amazing evening gowns, Dior's couture show was as usual, outrageously fabulous. Judge for yourself. Love Dior.

Amazing and totally fabulous, Christian Dior managed to do it again. Classic 1940's New Look twisted with statuesque crinolined shapes and creativity that goes beyond my fantasies. His creations keep a woman dreaming. I love it!!
